Chocolate Detective The 12 Barn Owl Chocolate Eggs, 150g

Chocolate Detective’s barn owl chocolate eggs are truly stunning. Open the box to reveal 12 eggs with white and brown shells. The speckled sugar shells hide a sweet surprise. Inside, you’ll find layers of milk and dark chocolate. Each egg is filled with rich hazelnut praline. 

The eggs are made in France using bean-to-bar couverture. The ethically produced cocoa comes from a large farm in Ecuador.

The recyclable boxes feature colourful bird illustrations. The artwork is by British artist and illustrator Madeleine Floyd.

Madeleine writes, “With his heart-shaped face, beige back and wings and fluffy white trousers, the Barn Owl is a much loved bird of the British countryside. Barn Owls are nocturnal hunters and have excellent night vision with which to catch their prey.”
