Frantoio Muraglia aromatic celery extra virgin olive oil is excellent for dressing crudités and salads, and for adding punchy fresh celery notes to vegetable soups. Unlike most flavoured olive oils which are infused after pressing, Frantoio Muraglia press fresh celery at the same time as the olives – so the oil is infused with flavour right at the point of extraction.
