The pasta maker is made from chromium-plated steel. The non-slip base and clamp keeps it stable on the counter while you work. The built-in hopper guides the dough through the adjustable rollers. You can make silky pasta sheets with minimal effort.

The iPasta Classica comes with a duplex roller for two additional pasta shapes. Use this roller to make tagliatelle or fettuccine. Both are flat, ribbon-like pasta shapes, but tagliatelle is slightly wider.

With a little practice, you will become a pasta making pro. Guide dough through the roller to make sheets for ravioli and lasagne. The sheets can be rolled to make cannelloni or cut into wide strips (pappardelle).
