Use Silikomart’s silicone flame chocolate mould to create nutty petit fours. To use the flexible mould, pipe tempered chocolate into each hole. Then top with a whole hazelnut or chopped pistachios. Once set, carefully pop out the chocolate from the mould to reveal a beautiful truffle with a textured finish. As well as adding nuts to the mould, mix things up by piping in salted caramel or sprinkling with sea salt.
