Silikomart Silicone Half Sphere Mould, 80ml

Use Silikomart’s silicone half sphere mould to create elegant sponges, mousses and semifreddo desserts. To use the flexible mould, pipe or pour in your batter or ice cream, then bake until golden or chill until set. Once ready, carefully pop the desserts from the mould to reveal a perfectly round surface. Then it’s time to get creative! Glaze the half spheres with a fruit gel, or pour over melted chocolate. Or just simply dust with cocoa powder for a beautiful finish.

This mould is dishwasher safe and can be used in the oven, microwave and freezer.
