Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of purchase to initiate a return for most items.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original, new and unused condition. All original packaging, tags, and manuals must be included. Items must be in a good, resalable condition.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of certain products, the following items cannot be returned:
- Goods made to your custom specifications or personalised items.
- Products where hygiene is paramount (e.g., earrings).
- Unsealed audio or video recordings, or digital content where the download has begun.

Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected at our warehouse, we will process your refund. Please allow up to 14 working days for this processing to be completed. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.
